Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement for a full refund. Simply email us at support@havenshades.com with your order number and we'll take care of the rest.
After 12 hours, your order moves into production. Because every shade is custom-made to your exact specifications, we are unable to accept cancellations once production has begun.

We stand behind every product we make. If your order arrives with an issue — whether it's the wrong item, a sizing discrepancy due to a manufacturing error, or something that just doesn't meet your expectations — we want to make it right.
Simply reach out to us within 30 days of delivery and our team will work with you to find the best resolution.
2-Year Warranty
Every Haven Shades product comes with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects and failures that arise during normal use. If something goes wrong with your product under regular conditions, we've got you covered.

How We Resolve Issues
Once we receive your request, our team will review and respond within 48 hours. Depending on the nature of the issue and product availability, we may offer:
- •A repair of the product, where applicable
- •A replacement at no additional cost to you
- •A refund to your original payment method, processed within 7–10 business days
Limitations of Liability
Refunds are limited to the value of the original purchase price. Haven Shades is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses related to product issues.
